	Kim's areas of interest and expertise includes managing rapid growth, inventive problem solving, innovation, and strategy. Hs is a former Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Babcock Graduate School of Management, Wake Forest University, and currently serves as visiting professor at the MBA programs in Bordeaux and Santiago. Kim's experience includes co-founding seven start-ups. He is a member of the board of directors of the Babcock Business School Incubator and serves on the boards of three other companies. Kim is currently working on special projects for the innovative Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Kim is a graduate of Duke University and Wake Forest's Babcock School of Management. He resides with his wife, Dorothy, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. kim@murphywestmoreland.com	Margaret's areas of interest and expertise include executive coaching, creating influence through personal branding and executive presence, and building high performing teams. She also works with clients on the composition and delivery of major presentations and speeches. Margaret's background includes leading a global Business Transformation practice as a managing principal of the IBM Consulting Group; heading the Atlanta public relations offices for IPG International; and leading the Global Communications practice for Right Management Consultants. Under her leadership at IPG, the firm won national awards for brand marketing, investor relations, and integrated marketing and was named in an independent Harris poll as the top firm in the southeastern U.S. for quality of work. Margaret holds professional certifications in coaching, facilitation, Myers-Briggs, and business process transformation. A graduate of Emory University's Goizueta School of Business, she resides with her husband, John, in Madison, Georgia, outside of Atlanta. margaret@murphywestmoreland.com
